Carl,
To make sure I have this correct. Disconnect the hose from the spider to the throttle body, cap it at the TB.
Connect oil separator to spider where that line used to be.
Install a PCV valve above elbow in can tower.
Does that sound right to you? Btw, sorry to hear about Bonneville.

Yes, that sounds right, If your car is an L-Jet. If memory serves it was.

So, the only things connected to that large vacuum port on the body of the spider are the line from the oil separator tee and the line to the brake booster.

Carl,
Thank you. When I ordered my oil control kit, there was no PCV valve or TB plug. It seems that they were supposed to be a part of my kit. Is that right?
I'm sure I could source these things, but if they were supposed to be included, would it be possible to have Gretchen send them out to me?
Thanks again for your help with this.

These parts are not part of our regular oil control kit, but are normally a part of the 16v L-Jet supercharger kits. When supercharged, our oil control kits gets connected differently.

I am looking up your sale now to see if yours was a 16v L-Jet and they should have been included. I have them in stock, so no problem.

Carl, I understand.
I purchased the kit when I was buying all of the parts for my supercharger parts for my L-Jet.
I remember that parts were different than the installation instructions, so I called. I think a man named Miles told me that I was just supposed to vent to atmosphere.
Let me know what you find on your end.
I really do appreciate your help

I would like to publicly thank Carl for his great support of this kit. What you probably don't know is that the supercharger that I have in my car was bought used from toofast928. Carl, right away, jumped in on support of this.
Since the kit was being sold incomplete, Carl let me buy only what was necessary to complete the installation. I may have been unclear at the point of ordering, as I may have ordered the oil control kit seperately from the rest (for cash flow reasons).
Carl also helped me on the phone at every time I had a question. Remember, this is for a supercharger he didn't sell me.
Now look at this, he is still supporting it, probably a over a year since I bought the parts.
Carl, thank you so much for all you have done and are doing for me. Top notch service.

Hi Bob

For my Nitrous system on my 16 valve engine, I had a similar problem with blowby gases ...and it was probably a LOT worse than yours.....(i could FILL the road behind me when on Nitrous for around 100 yards)

I tried various catch can systems etc (which only partially worked) , and finally cured it with a Provent system PLUS a standard catch can AFTER the Provent...works perfectly, and nothing left to bother putting back through the exhaust....so no exhaust return....

The Provent is mounted on the inner wing down near where the airpump used to be and the catch can in front of my Rad (no condenser as removed on mine)

If needed I can take some pictures.... for you...

All the best Brett
