Kevin,

I am new here and to the PCA but I feel your pain. But I would like to give you some advice. Sell things you owe money on first. If you don't owe any money on your cars yet to hang onto them because you'll have a hard time replacing them. I speak from experience.

I had to sell a complete and perfectly running 1919 Harley Davidson to pay for medical expenses just to get the surgeon started. I soothe myself by saying that the 1919 looks good on my wife ;-)

No one is going to fault you for parking it (well no reasonable person) and storing it at a friend or family members place until you get your legs back.

I had to sell my entire machine shop and all my antique motorcycles and that was really painful. But I am back again this time with Porsches, starting with 944, 944S and 928. So there life after job loss. I am not advocating being selfish, just don't do something regretful and unnecessary.

Pete

GLWS if that is the way it has to be.

I sincerely hope this rough patch is brief and that all the good karma you have earned in this community brings you some good fortune.

LMK if Robin or I can help in any way. We both look forward to seeing you at Frenzy.

Thanks Kevin. I am out of pocket this weekend, so I will take a close look tomorrow. I am really looking for an excuse to take this car!

I'm in on this car. Not just because Kevin is a friend, not just because he needs the cash... but because the car is worth it.

The Minerva Blue repaint is nicely done and the car shows well. The interior needs work, but the black w/white dots is cool and unusual.

Lots of potential here to make this car your own and have a great 5 speed early driver 928!

Auction ends tomorrow afternoon. See if you can beat my bid.

Bad timing I think this car is cool! Just about finished with my 3rd SC which I will keep, only 29k original miles and sell the other two and then buy a 928. I am working on it though. Can't wait to get another.

Don't count me out on this. I'm still looking for resolution on getting the A/C done before the car comes north
