94 GTS 5spd 47k miles for sale on Pelican/eBay
Didn't see this posted on here. This is a damn good looking car. At first glance I just kept thinking 'Speeding Bullet.' Something about the silver... I love it.

Was looking at that, nice color combo - bid is over 50k now, reserve not met, est 7 owner car. I want to buy a GTS 5speed, but you can almost buy 2 GTs for that. What are GTS 5 speeds going for these days?

I think we are about to find out with this auction. Should be a good example of what the market is willing to pay.

The "low-miler" is still out there !!
BTW, Randy Carter's super-nice Horizon Blue GTS 5-speed sold recently; I never heard the final price but I think he was asking low $40s to start with so surprising this one is bid so high.

Bid up to $50K and reserves not met. This should be a good market indicator if it sells. I'm guessing Wilhoit doesn't want the extra comp since he's been sitting a couple fine (if not overpriced) examples. Or maybe he'll snag this one like the guy who tried to corner the silver market.
I'm with Doc on this, rather have multiple drivers over one collector, but some prefer looking/hording or maybe have so many they can't drive them all. Who know, can't knock anyone who shares my same passion even if a different flavor.
If this is the car I think it is, when it was for sale in Indiana a few years back... It has some of the softest leather seats I have ever felt and the car still can a hint of new car smell to it! What a beauty!

I'm betting it will sell for around $65K. Very nice looking example.

If I were to guess, I'd say $56-$58k. Todd usually has some very nice examples, it's a shame he caught so much **** around here for posting up some cars. He's good people.

You're going to be hard pressed to find many cars as clean as this one. Blue was very clean but I drove her like I stole her and use shows.
Exceptionally clean especially given the miles.
And, no, I don't miss the cars. They were the best I'll ever have and enjoyed the hell out of them but it was time to move on.
BTW, looks like closing date on the house is December 1. We may move it up if our Visas are in order. Can't wait to park my *** on a fishing boat in Panama!

Hi Tom! That may be possible if the move isn't in November. It would be good to see everyone again.
Roger, I don't want to have the party in the heat of the summer. That means October is the only good month given all the activities in November and December. I just can't see doing it during the holidays.
I'm going back and forth on the party. I'd hate to throw one when we're buried in the moving details and I'm not sure how good a turn out we'd get as we move closer to Third Coast. You see my dilemma....
