Maybe it's on the data sheet as 24 hrs. for full cure, but Greg said it cures quickly and from my experience with set and resetting the stuff had become solid like after an hour. I drove it just a few hours after without issue. Have had the intake on and off several times and let it set for one to two hours before starting up to test and driving with it. Never had an issue and I did have a scratched flange requiring finishing down on one side. I think this stuff is great. Greg said this is what he uses, and makes it a sure shot.

Loctite 574 is indeed a little more work to obtain; I had no luck finding it locally. I wound up calling Loctite and they were unable to find anyone in 2 states that had purchased/ordered any from them in over 6 months. They did tell me 574 is considered an "industrial" product and offered up 518 as the non-industrial equivalent.
When I asked the difference they said cure time for 518 is a little longer than for 574 but the chemistry other than that is same. Was able to find 518 at Napa and am planning on using that to secure the fuel rails for injector replacement....
