Looking forward to the pics/soundtrack, always good to know of another shop in the broader vicinity that can be counted on and has an interest in working on 928s.

I noticed with the 100 cells they're more of an exhaust smell. It's not bad as with no cats ands its tolerable but I wanted to run cleaner. I'll probably run better after correcting the timing.

Yea, it's close to the metro too and they'll pick you up and drop off no charge plus you get to ride in some pretty nice Porsches on they way there.

Driving to Fairfax from here isn't bad during non-rush hour.

Avar928, what did you do with the air tubes and pump that used to connect to the cats? Remove them all?

Shows that you should always check your threads. Way late reply, but I kept them. The x-pipe I bought had an airpump tube welded to it by the owner so it stocks right up.

However, when I did my TB/WP job, I now know why people delete the air pump. So sometime in the future when I dive back in, I'll just delete it and have the airpump tube on the x-pipe cut off and sealed.
