Question front end squeak in reverse?

The last couple of days I noticed that something in the front squeaks when I'm backing up. It doesn't happen when I'm going forward and it doesn't seem to matter whether the wheel is turned or not so I'm thinking maybe it's the pads against the rotors? BTW I just swapped out the original brakes to S4 calipers and 330mm rotors, changed out the bearings, tie rods, rebuilt the upper ball joints. I haven't had a chance to jack it up and spin the wheel or give a visual inspection but last weekend I did just re-torque all front end bolts. Any ideas?

Could just be pads on rotors in which case, no worries.

or,

If you put in larger brakes, could be something isn't fitting properly.

Thanks Denny. I guess no one else has had this problem? I guess I'll pull it apart tomorrow and take a look.
