Dude, in August the "firm" price was $7,700. In December the "firm" price is $5,200? I don't think that word means what you think it means.
I hope you sell it and sell it soon, but you might want to drop the "firm" part of your pitch. It may be giving some potential buyers pause. An advertisement with a firm price conveys a take it or leave it attitude. Often, potential buyers choose to leave it rather than take a look. Just a thought.

Rennlist is the absolute WORST place to try to sell a 928,
We all know them, we can look up the prices and research your history of questions about flaws that you were working on. It does little more than detouring from the top price that you might get on autotrader/ebay or other places.
That's just my 0.02
