500 miles to the quart - oh and my 93 actually had a 94 engine in it thanks to the POs supercharging misadventure. There are several solutions. 928 Specialists advertising has one as I remember. Good luck with that beast - I still miss mine.

I will be able to make the brunch, looking forward to seeing a few 928s and some good shop talk. :)

Kevin,
I would be there, but I will be at Sebring for the 12 hour. Near turn 13 in. North Paddock. Come on down! Dave |

Rich: Brian Phillips said I should contact you. I just drove home from Houston Texas to Chattanooga a 93 928 gts. Car had 18' wheels and I am in process of putting original wheels and tires on the car. I feel the shocks need to be replaced. Brian said you might be the person to contact with suggestions. So how was the gathering this past weekend..?
I'm sorry I missed it. Just got back into town from an excellent 1.5 weeks of skiing in Colorado with my family. I was at Kevin's house 15 years ago (assuming he still lives in the same place) to purchase a used dash and some other interior parts for my 84. We stood around and discussed 928's for quite some time. Hope to make it to the next one... ____________________________________________ Mark in Atlanta 87 S4 Grandprixweiss Auto w/LSD (Daily Driver Since 2004). 88 S4 Silbermetallic 5 speed w/LSD (Weekend Driver Since 2003). 84 S Schwarz Auto w/LSD (Sold in 2007 - Daily Driver 1997-2004). ___________________________________________ |
Was good fun. I started to upload some picks but they are all very hi-res. I will try to resize later.

Sorry I missed the get-together esp. so close to my house!
Sebring was great, after 12 hours three cars were within 1 sec of the lead. I was surprised the Daytona Prototypes lasted on the rough Sebring course. I believe almost 60 cars were running at the end, out of 64 started. Saw one 928 in the corral, did not meet up. Dave |
Anyone going to attend Caffeine and Octane in Alpharetta next week? April 6th.

Sorry I missed out Richard. Nursing the shoulder, but should be ready for the next get together. Hope to have a surprise under the hood when I see you.

Thanks boomboom, the next gathering is planed for July 19!
Come on out whom ever wants too, has time! Free food and beverages. Will be fun as always and some updates to the shop as well. Rich |
