Default Auto climate question

Being that my alternator hose is not connected to the alternator is it effecting me A/C in any way and if so can the sensor in the fender well be bypassed ?

Without the outside sensor you will get either full cold if selector all way left, or hot in any other position. Believe you should leave it and connect hose.

It won't make very much difference to the HVAC that the hose is not connected to the alternator.
