That nozzle is often victim of a too-tight clamp. especially if the clamp is close to the tank end of the clamp. Faiure mode is a cracked tank/nozzle.
At the same time, I installed replacement hoses a long while ago, and the new hoses are thinner-walled than the originals. So the factory clamp wasn't putting enough pressure on the hose to maintain a seal. I made a shim that fits under the factory clamp so I could maintain original appearance. If that's not a concern, you can always buy the new correct-size clamp.
There are two ATF cooler fittings on that side tank, with o-ring seals where the cooler bulkhead-fitting nut seals against the face of the tank. Careless techs might turn that nut while disconnecting the top line, perhaps as part of a timing belt service. They will leak coolant if disturbed and not resealed correctly.

Dr bob...need clarification on recent post. Those 2 ATF fittings are on bumper side right front. I redid those fittings with new hose and it seems to leak a bit of tranny fluid not enough to reach floor but a drip here and there. I fear the compression fitting is not sealing correctly I did put orings on them.
But I was confused with why touching these fittings causes a coolant leak. The upper hose connects on the other side I.e. toward bumper side of radiator.

There's an internal cooler in the pass side of the radiator, in addition to that little chin cooler above the condenser. Look for the two big hoses that thread onto bulkhead fittings at the back of the pass side tank. Hint: one connects to the chin cooler.
