Hmmmmm very tempting ! Missed last year. I may have to see if Polecat and some of the AZ guys want to roll over that way.

 

Keith, it varies. We've had as many as 50 ( I think, it might be more) and as small as 30. Depends on the weather.

 

I did some checking around and so far we have Tom, Keith, Steve&Linda, and myself going from Houston, but I think Rusty and Paul are also going, so could be 6-8 cars from Houston this time. WAY more than ever before.

 

Last year we had 63 Porsches, and IIRC 60 of them were 928's.

Stretch will be coming in from Houston as well, I gave him a heads up last week.
I'll probably caravan down with Jarrod...and Maybe Kohler, but with him driving a 911 now, I'm not so sure...

I'll make sure and let Stretch know our plans for caravaning, but with him being on the far west side, he might want to take a different route than than the rest of us. Wait, didn't I hear something about him giving his car to his daughter? Is he going to have to beg for the keys?

That lasted about a week..
He gave brook the S4 for the "rest of the summer" as he sold her mini coupe. -She's heading to college in a few weeks. It took him about a week to figure out that was NOT a great idea...

Glad to see he changed his mind on that. Not great teen cars. (My son gets his permit later today and my daughter has been driving a year in her V6 Mustang)

Don, hope the Tom you mentioned is Tom Roy. His two sharks are a plus in any gathering, just saw the '90 for the first time the other day and it's sweet!

Yes, that's the Tom I'm speaking of. He owns two outstanding examples of 928s (84 & 90), and an equally outstanding 951. He lives just a few miles from me after moving to TX from GA.

We're up to 8 cars confirmed from Houston, finally a good showing from H-town!
