Default Fuse panel

I removed the fuse panel to clean off 30 years of accumulated gunk and to repair a few chipmunk chewed wires of my 82 5 speed. All relays, connectors and fuse holders were cleaned with electronic cleaner and with a wire brush on a dremel. The good news is my temp gauge is now reading below the middle of the halfway point. It was reading at the second line most of time before, but the actual temps were good measured with an infrared gun. Now the bad news, my fuel gauge is now inop which was working fine before I took out the fuse panel and my volt meter is now reading about 11 volts, which read above 13 volts before the removal. I have the fuse/relay panel ID chart, but was anyone have a chart identifying which wires go to which system on the multi wire connectors at the bottom of the panel? I did find a couple of blade connectors that came loose in the plastic holder that were not making good contact. This did fix a couple of electrical problems, but the fuel gauge and low volts remain. The fuel sender is only 3 years old and the contacts on the sender are tight and clean and i just filled up to move the float. Any ideas before have to remove the panel again?
