Default Need help identifying a wire

Just finishing off the timing belt job when I noticed this broken wire dangling down by the AC compressor.

Any idea`s what it should connect to? The car is a 1981S, RHD, and that pic is obviously on the drivers side.

+1 to that.

You will need to insure that is does not touch the drive belt and that it is secured out of the way of rotating items.

There should be some wires coming out of the A/C compressor clutch solenoid, If there are no wire tails from the solenoid then you have some problems.
