Default Final stage control module

I got lucky and found a good used fan control module but I have little confidence that a used unit will make it over two years. With the rapid failure rate of these I see this as being a big problem in the coming years. Someone was working on replacement but I have not heard anything in a while. It would be great to see someone make a replacement board to go into the existing housing.

I guess its just me but I have had both my fan control modules qo out in each 87. Along with the high failure rate of other cars that I know of that tells me that most of the originals left are within about 5 years of failure. Maybe just the early S4's are the big problem? I still need to find one more good one.

So..whats the big draw here, an infinitely variable fan?

Ok...are we the first to require this in the aftermarket? Heck no.

$30 MIGHT fix mine..up to the point that it wont, and $400 will.

But, so will $150...includes A/C activation, plus a full override, and carry great reviews on the interwebs.
