it could be coming in from a number of locations. The likely suspects are from around the blower box, or through the firewall drain.
To check if you have leakage from the blower box, open the wood door to the CE panel and shine a light up to the box. If the screws are rusty, you have a leak there. The box will need to be removed and a new seal putin (use the black, sticky 3M stuff). Not a hard job, but a tedious PIA. you need to attack it from both the fire wall under the hood (remove the hood to make the job easier) and pull the CE panel out. Open it all up and reseal. Do all the other WYAIT stuff too, like cleaning out the area inside the a/c unit, refreshing and cleaning the blower motor, doing the CE panel R&R, etc. If you've had water coming thru there, you will want to address the CE panel in any event, to remove any corrosion, etc.
The other source is a clogged drain in the firewall - there is a black rubber flap that gets clogged with leaves and oother debris over time, flowing down the windshield and into the void behind the firwall. You can reach up to this flap from under the car to clean it out. It is located on the passenger side firewall, below the heater control valve.
The other possibilities are sunroof drains being clogged. You can access the front ones by opening the sun roof - you'll see the holes towards the front. You can clean them out with weed wacker cable, but be careful to not push the bottom drian peices out. You can't access them easily to put them back in.

Each door has 2, possibly 3 drains on the bottom edge of the door, may be hard to see without moving the door seal back. The blower fan area is drained into the engine compartment by a large rectangular rubber flap, located almost directly in front and below of the blower motor, on the passenger side firewall.
