ok I have the airpump/fan belt in now. how tight to they all need to be?

EDIT: nevermind about the tensions. I checked the WSM and it said about 10mm of give. but please correct me if that is outdated...

SHE LIVES AGAIN!!. and the headlights seem to be a little bit brighter, although the voltometer hasent gone up or down much.

I also managed to make the engine run smoother by reconecting the vacuum line to the passenger fuel rail pressure release valve
