I just acquired a 2007 Corvette Z06 transmission, torque tube, clutch and bellhousing plus a bunch of other parts.... It would make an extremely strong 6 speed conversion for a 928!!!!! All parts came from an 07 Z06 with 30k miles...I also have both rear fenders and bumper so its clear it was NOT hit from behind..... $2k for trans, $500 for TT.....better deal for a "group" buy...

If you were closer I would likely snag this for my own car/fabrication.

Is the transmission complete? I.e. does it include rear end? If so, is it LSD/Non-LSD? Is this the kind of transmission that Dinsdale uses in his conversion?
I might be interested, but arranging the shipping will be pretty tricky.
To further clarify the shipping issue: will you be able to somehow ship it within US, or local pickup only?

It is slightly different than the C5 version that Dinsdale uses...this is from a 2007 C6 Z06 so it is beefier-larger than the C5 version.

I do not have the differential, only the trans-tt-bellhousing-clutch....so it would require one....but since it needs lot of custom parts to work in a 928, not having a diff isn't that big of a deal.....maybe custom fitting a automatic diff from an S4? I know simard did this with a jerico 4 speed......
