BBS RIMS SIZES
Can you get the old school style BBS spoked rims in 16X7, with 65mm B/S?
I see them alot on 928's, but I never see that size.
I would like to run 4 same sized rims on my 85.

I have some... Not sure if they are 16 or 15. I think 16. But they have some cracks in the rears. The rears are larger than the fronts however.

Plug the numbers in here : http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator - there is a big difference! Over 1 1/2 " more clearance on inside, and they extend over 1 1/2 " more on outside.

The number is the distance from the centerline of the wheel to the back surface of the hub.
So if you have a 7 inch rim, and 65mm offset, the hub is half of 7 ( 2 1/2 * 25.4 = 89mm - 65mm ) which is 24mm from the centerline.
The inside edge of the rim is therefore 24 + 89 = 113 mm ( about 4 1/2 inches) ) from the front surface of the hub.
A et23 would be 89 - 23 = 66mm from the centerline, so the inside edge of the rim would be 89 + 66, which is 6 inches from the front surface of the hub.
This does not take into account the width of the mounted tire, of course.
