Default help - what is this part?

I recently did my motor mounts and found this rubber part on my garage floor under the front of the car. It is a few inches across and looks almost exactly like the rubber weatherstrip that runs across the top of the firewall lip in the engine bay, but shorter. I want to install it back in its proper place. Does anyone recognize it?

Myles ^^^ is right. I recall having one of those near the rear starter areas on the cross support that holds the motor mount. I can look again and see if I can get a photo of it on the car

I did remove the starter and cleaned the area. Maybe it fell off from somewhere around there.

Another clue is that it appears to have cosmoline residue on it.

Sits on the edge of the oil pan below the starter IIRC

Thanks for all the replies so far. I'm still stumped.

I inspected the starter and oil pan area. There is another black rubber bit glued on the oil pan above the starter, and it's attached on there (mystery to me what that one does). Is that what folks are thinking of, or am I missing something? The rubber bit that I found loose and took a picture of is slightly larger (few inches) and of the same shape/width as the firewall weatherstrip.

I know where it goes ,
this piece goes on the rear edge of the front cross member its holds the wire bundle off the cross member edge.

The oil pan has a smaller piece thats glued to the rib above where the wire connection is so it wont short out
