85-86 Vacuum lines?

Well, I just redid the lines on our 85 auto, and I guess I was lucky that they were all in place. The A/T line in my case just connected to the hard line a bit towards the driver's side at the back of the valley. Not sure where it runs back from there, sorry, but I'm pretty sure that would be your missing line.

You shouldn't have to disconnect any fuel lines or anything like that, I just ran the fresh lines following that same diagram you posted, and then pulled the rat's nest of disconnected old lines out.

Hope you can find that A/T line!

I just realized I never concluded this thread. For those following here's how it all played out.

It was in fact the kickdown line for the A/T. After removing the heat shields I found the hard line with about six inches of soft (cloth over rubber) line laying on top of the torque tube. I pulled the hard plastic line through the firewall and reconnected it. I also tie wrapped it to the TT to prevent further disconnects. The car now runs fine and the A/T kickdown works.
