Default 82 928 5sp for sale in OKC

No affiliation. I wish I had the money for this car sooooo bad. Seller is asking $1950. I'm still new to the whole 928 thing but would be willing to take a look at it for anyone and look at specifics for them.

I have for sale a fully loaded 1982 Porsche 928. It's equipped with a 4.5L V-8, 5 speed manual trans, the "S" trim package (w/rally wheels), factory AC, power seats, power sunroof, power door locks/brakes/steering etc. I picked it up a year ago to fix up for my son but he's now decided he wants a truck and I have other projects to work on. Regardless, the body is in great shape (asided from a little faded paint), the engine does run when primed at the intake (sounds good, doesn't smoke at all) but has fuel injection issues and wont stay runnng. The interior isn't bad but after 30 years it of course needs work. It has a new battery, fresh oil change, and I have lots of spare parts to include interior pieces, dash/intrument panel, and even an extra transaxle. I'm asking $1950 or best offer. It has a clear OK title and it's ready to go so give me a call or text me at (405 - two, zero, four - 6, five, seven, 8).

Nine months of prowling the OKC CL for 'porsche' and this comes up a few weeks after I get home for Ft Sill. Typical...

I think that car was a daily driver, havent seen it parked at it's work for a while. The color and wheels look the same. New Porsche in it's place.

I try to pick them up as a 'two out of three' condition. If the paint and int are hash, then it needs to run right. If it runs right it needs to have either a good int or paint. etc. This car needs $3600 of body paint, $1500 int, and about $1500 engine/trans or more. So, get it for $1500, and when you're done it's close to $8k for a decent car with fresh paint and driver qual interior.
