just got back the oil analysis for Casper after 20 hours on track, with 7 on the oil still in the car....perfect like always.....
Stock 1981 L jet 4.5L bottom end with ported 1981 heads and Early Euro S cams....OB oil pan, but no pan spacer or oil cooler. Top breather port of oil filler is vented to a simple breather to atomosphere, no way for oil to get into intake. Engine was custom built in 1993.
20 hours in the year since I have owned casper....and the oil analysis just keeps getting better.....
Always run Amsoil racing 15-50 (RD50) use the oil analysis to determine when to change the oil... Its interesting that the iron keeps going down....I figure that is rust cleaning itself from sitting too much
