1982 Five Speed.

I have the engine out of the car for a whole bunch of stuff. After removing the throttle body, under 30 years of grime, I found an aluminum Porsche badge under the throttle body. It's just like the one that is attached to the intake.

Does anyone know where this badge is supposed to go?

Somebody dropped one in there and got another and attached it?

it is fixed to the top and front center of the intake spyder main body

So the second badge goes to the right of vacuum hose on the front of the intake spyder?

What is the correct "adhesive" to attach?

here is a picture you can use silicone or JB weld to fix the shield to the spyder

Great pic. I already have one there. I guess the one I found under the TB is an extra.
