Its from PET7's VIN lookup. If you type a VIN into PET7's VIN search it gives some of the info - the rest of it resides in a text file stored in a local folder after each lookup.
There used to be an online page which could access the same server as PET7 uses which was an easier way to get it all.. sadly lex-com (Porsche's outsourced partner - who make the Porsche and VW group software) removed that access so now only people with an up-to-date copy of the PET7 software can get it.
