Default Replacement for the connector behind the 86.5 diagnostic port?

Is the short wire from the harness to the TPS NLA? It's the one shown here with the commonly broken-and-then-electrical-taped-by-PO male end which should go through the bracket. If NLA, who has replacement connectors? Thanks,
Matt

Roger sells a new short wire harness that plugs into the TPS and then plugs into the car side of the harness, thats what you need.

I would suggest to replace the short harness instead of trying to add just a new connector
