Well here it is, all buttoned up. I just need my lower radiator hose, oil, coolant and ATF for the power steering; Then, it's back on the road terrorizing the green nuts up here.

nice clean engine bay,
I hope your engine runs great!
FWIW I would run the bleeder hose from the water bridge over the top of radiator hose,
this will prevent an air pocket.

I have my lower radiator hose on now. Oil is going in it today. So is there any special procedure on restarting this sucker after a Porkensioner besides praying everything runs right?

Count all your tools to make sure the ratchet and socket aren't still on the end of the crank. Flywheel lock is out. No spare parts lying around.

Start it. Listen for funny noises and shut it off immediately if they sound serious. Check for leaks. Burp the cooling system before you drive. Then drive it.

All tools are clear. I just have to add some fresh oil and my quart of Rislone as part of my new service routine.

Running but passenger chain rattle. Fans aren't coming on but it may not be warm enough. Is the rattle normal after sitting for over a month and valve cover replacement?

Central warning system funky. All lights in cluster go on intermittently then completely shut off. WTF?

These warning lights are on. Shortly after taking this picture, some of them turned off, then the belt tensioner light turned on along with the engine oil level. "!" light flashing.

I have some serious electrical issues here. What is causing this? I confirm the 14 pin connector is seated properly and I did connect the wires to the alternator.

Video is private, can't see it.

Some noise can be normal if the hydraulic lifters have lost oil while sitting. It will clear up within 5 to 10 minutes.

I think the car needs to be driven in order for the noise to clear but I don't trust it considering all these electrical issues that never happened before I started this timing belt service.

Yup, I had that diesel sound as well, also on the right side, after intake and TB job. Went around the block twice sounding like a old diesel, made heads turn, then thinking it wasn't going to clear up let it sit for 10 minutes, started again and all was quiet.
