Retrofitting wiper arm spoiler
Got a pair of wiper arm from Scirocco MKII off eBay. They are chipped and a bit rusty. But that's OK because all I wanted is the spoiler on the driver side. Clipped right on my shark's driver side arm . Similar spoilers can also be found on Audi's from the same period . Not sure if this item was ever equipped on any 928 but it sure looks right . By the way since mine is a RHD, I have to search for listing from UK.

GTS cars have metal wiper spoilers (on the wiper blade support frame - not on the arm) a bit more integrated looking - no where near so wide.
At really high speed those will create a lot of drag - might deflect the wipers in a non-intended way.
BTW since I have converted to Bosch ICON's I have a set available in good condition (LHD) if anyone is interested? You need you own stock wiper arms.

I know those metal wipers with spoiler are from Bosh and are still available . I also have thought about the drag issue of that arm spoiler . But I just love the look of the 80's aerodynamic solution .

I can't find the Bosch part # for the wiper with metal spoiler. But there are other alternatives with built in plastic spoiler , including Bosch . Just google for "spoiler wiper" and you can find whole bunch. Valeo also has very similar wiper with spoiler in metal as well as plastic. Original wiper length is 19" but 20" will fit fine.
