Do you have somewhere local to cut it? Not many shops are set up to cut 928 keys.

It may just be cheaper to get one of the mail services to send you a spare from a photo. There are at least a couple of places who will read your key code off a good digital photo and cut a new one to the correct code.

Anyplace I have ever heard of that can accurately cut a 928 key stocks the blanks and doesn't use customer supplied.

Nice hat, maybe not a good idea in the rain.

Here is another option…. This link to Tony's site which I was referred to by of the local guys around here and he not only made me extra keys, he recalibrated the driver’s side tumbler to match the only key I got with this be…itch of a 928! I will not forget the problems I’ve had with keys/tumblers/central locking system on this basket case project but every time I drive her, she is forgiven……

As for the hat... is it hooked up??

Sounds like you got your key already, but here's another option for future reference. Found this guy on Ebay http://www.keysinthepost.com

He's awesome. Sent him pictures of my keys and had the copies within about a week, from England. Work great, total for 2 keys was about $45.
