Default Problem with wear in rear wiper mechanism

Hi, 1990 S4,
does anyone have a photo of what the bit that attaches to the hatch wiper mechanism and sits inside the top of the motor mechanism should look like?

Mine is almost completely worn off. Only a small bit of white plastic within the metal bit remains. The result is lots of slack in the rear wiper movement.

The arrow in the photo points to the worn bit.

Can you get a replacement 'nylon' bush?
Is there a part number?
Does anyone have any other solutions?

if your part is that worn,
best to get a good used part and swap it out its easy to do this,
also lubricate the lower portion of the wiper actuator so it slides in its bore ( it slides up and down)

you may have to bend down the upper section so it fully seats in the lower section,
and also reduce the hatch height adjuster a half turn or so
