Light bar shifts
While increasing my relationship with the front when changing the TB, I have one nagging issue that I can't seem to resolve
The bar that connects the head lamp moves to drivers left with road vibration causing the head light bucket to catch on the inner lip of the fender preventing the lights to lift out of their home when off. I have to get out of the car, push down on the left front and move it slightly for the headlights to come up
Is there something to tighten or adjust?

Van,
First take the 'bucket' off and make sure the the bed is secured to the yoke as instructed. Then make sure the adjusting bolts for the torsion bar are secured. There are two sets of these. Your east-west adjustment bolts are at the end of the torsion bar is seen in the pic. Your north-south adjuster is a hexagonal bolt laterally under the lip of the fender. In the second pic from inside the wheel well, you can see this bolt through it's nut where the torsion bar comes through the fender. Make sure everything is tight. The north-south bolt is the one that would be overlooked.
Also, make sure you have E or C clips securing the headlight motor linkage to the torsion bar. This is crucial.
