Anyone have a bad but intact motor assembly from an 87-91 mirror that they would like to get rid of? Left or right, memory or not, makes no difference.

I would prefer to scavenge a needed part from an otherwise unusable assembly rather than replace mine. There is no use wasting a good unit for the sake of a simple part if at all posible.

The plastic widget that connects one of the adjusting motors to the mirror support ring is broken. It is a tiny gear rack with a ball on one end and is of course not available as a replacement part.
