Is it my imagination or are the subs in those Cerwin Vega's rotated so the logo would still be upright with the speaker on its side?

That's awesome!

Convince her that it's possible to have two good ideas at the same time. Support everything she wants. Stifles conflicts before they happen.

FYI, Brad is married to one of the most supportive wives I've ever met. She's a keeper for sure!

Anyone know how to convince one's spouse, that a garage upgrade/renovation is a MUCH better idea than a kitchen uprade/renovation?
Do 'em both at the same time. And make sure her part of the upgrade is about 90% of the total project.

Brad (if you're reading this..) what are the light fixtures? I'm looking for some 4-tube T8 fixtures that can be surface mounted like yours.

Rob--

I have those 4-tube T-8's in the 'new' workbay section. They were off-the-shelf at the local H-D. I was wandering the aisles there a few weeks ago and they now have 6-tube T-8's in the same form factor. There's no such thing as too much light in the workbay, especially for us with aging eyeballs.

Update-

Looked at the picures of Brad's lights and mine are just a a little different.

That is the spirit and right approach, I'm busy with something similar based on soon also getting a MaxJax ordered (nearest distrubutor for Finland is in Norway) and then fitting that around the 10% of the total project we (= my wife and me) have just started.

And now for the crunch: having just shown your project photo's to my - much - better half who always has been and is super supportive for my cars and 928 addiction, she told me that that my 10% project was to get me lured into the her 90% project...and not the other way around!

Thanks towards Sean for posting the picture of Brad's "Man Cave": very inspiring nice clean large working garage, gives me (and no doubt other Rennlister's) some good idea's too.

Sean, thanks for coming over and drinking all my good beer and not touching the bush beer. I am saving that for a special occasion..
We need to have another Tech session where Jeff brings us some more thick tender stakes..
John, maybe this time you can stay long enough to eat..
