AO, would you post this over on the OC board too? Not sure how many members are over there that do not participate here, but perhaps there are a few folks over there who would benefit from this event who don't yet know about it.

Sounds like it is going to be great! I love it when shops decide to reach out to the 928 community. We need to get our local shop here in town to do that...he works on all the 928's in the Austin area. No telling how many $$$$$ we have put in his pocket over the years! Enough so he should give a little back to us I think! LOL! I might have to hit him up for that for the fall!

Well, hershey looks better, but it's 8 hour away, michigan is closer, only 4 hour away, I guess it's michigan, both events are on my birthday, Sweet !!!!!!!

Can you recommend a hotel close by...something affordable. Also is this a family event or just a guy thing.

Hi this is a tech session / wrenching day, not really a family event as it's a working garage, sorry can't recommend any nearby hotels, there is a Marriott at center point, right off square lake and opdyke, with in 10 min's drive and plenty of local eating spots.

Spoke with Munks today. Looks like we're going to have 4 cars on the lifts, doing everything from alignments to fuel line inspection/replacement, brakes, transmission/diff fluid changes and some interior door work. Plus, I'm sure there will be some additional troubleshooting/tech work going on in other areas as well.

If you can make it, come on down. It's going to be a great time spending the day with 928's and their owners!

We had a great turnout yesterday, it was mostly sunny in the hi 30's and some really nice examples of Sharks came out to play. We had approx. 20 people and 10 cars, heard some comment about the most 928's ever seen in one place.
Thanks goes out to Chris and his team for hosting this event.
