Oil leak from axle shaft area

That shot from PET isn't the seal I was reffering to. I was talking about the differential oil seal. It is behind the flange in your photo from Dwayne's tutorial. To get at it the bolt in the center of that flange gets removed and the whole flange pulled out. Once the flange is out the seal is right there.

Cool, thanks for all of the help guys. I just didn't want to call Roger and be too vague, but I have to remind myself that I'm certainly not the first guy to ask him for these parts.

I'm in the middle of trying to replace the axle seal and WSM says "drive out with suitable screwdriver". Mine seems to be REALLY stuck in there, any tips on how to get it out?
Edit: do they mean drive out from the back, like from the direction of inside the diff?
Edit 2: I looked up some YouTube videos of replacing this part in other vehicles, and the screwdriver's purpose seems to be to absolutely bash the crap out of the seal and deform it enough to remove. Going to see if any of my friends have a seal puller rather than trying this method
