So, its currently working, and time will tell if it is a more permanent fix. The questions this begs is why do they shift over to begin with? There is no obvious sign of wear, which makes me think that lateral play was available since it was built. Maybe the wear creates cumulative slop that is enough to eventually cause problems, but not enough to be obviously visible.

Installed 982 Motorsports Shoulder Harness Mounts
Note: I radiused the edges that would contact the belt just a little. They seemed a little sharp right out of the box.
