Okay Ken, looking at your "Upgrade Offer" page now:
http://liftbars.com/prices.htm#S300sUpdate
1. Do I need to specify anything to get no-lift shift option?
2. Jon, Stan or Ken, any idea if this car already has TQ rings?

Ask for NLS in the message area.

TQrings were included with all V3.5 and 3.6 chipsets.

With V4.0 they're optional (but recommended).

I thought it was V3.8, must have been thinking V3.6! I added the TQrings when I upgraded from what Stan had in the car, and I bought but didn't install the WOTPot. Hopefully you found that little baggie on my mess of a cleaner/parts shelving unit! I didn't get NLS.

So, you'll need the new ones, with NLS. You've got everything else.

Beat me to the punch!

I didnt put in the TQ rings and the chipset was V 3.0. also added the 87 FPR and a new O2 sensor and rebuilt MAF and adjusted it with the Blinkr
The lower bell housing was modded so it could stay in place to adjust the I plate however that wasnt necessary after I got it back together,
the clutch was working well no chatter or grabbyness,
the clutch parts were all recently new .
The pivot pin and bushings at the pedal were also replaced as it was worn.
The CC was working well I re soldered the board.

Ken, you may want to think about the clutch stop that the other Ken sells. That was also on my list.

Jon, I did not see the WOTPot, but will look again. It's is not the kind of thing I would notice unless I was looking specifically for it.
Stan, I saw the notes about the MAF, FPR, etc, and will be upgrading the chip to latest. It appears Jon added the TQ rings during his tenure.
RE: The clutch, still not sure whats going on there, but I did notice your access hatch! Nice engineering! Did you do the cover over the brake fluid resevoir as well?

He did! Genius! I had people ask about that actually. It was always one of those "huh!" moments. Too funny.

Most installs will not need a WOTpot.

Roger should have some PKlutch clutchstops in stock - I don't have any at the moment.

Rear brake upgrade complete, including stainless lines.
Removing old brake lines in the rear is a PITA.
Also had to trim dust shields and shorten the two end dust shield bolts to clear the caliper.
