Default Picked up a 90 GT with a seized motor. Problem discovered!
I picked up Steve Martins 90 GT with the seized motor. Got to work on it last week. Problem discovered!

Soooo, maybe not too bad. That car ran great the last time I saw it. Still wondering what exactly happened though.

There is some weird $hit going on with that engine. Every time we think it's one thing, turns out that's not it.

Got the engine out, but other than that no closer to knowing what happened with this engine. Pictures on TOS

I can post links to pictures, but they don't show up in the post. you have to click on it. Even that makes it a two step process and makes the thread hard to read. On reutterworks I just upload and it shows in the thread. It makes the thread easier to read along with as well.

Looks like it was carbon build up. See TOS for pictures and other details.

pics dont show for me. prob because im not a member over there. why do you use photobucket and then use the image link..? thats what i do. some times Renn does not like pictures.

That is what I was doing. But it is an extra step (which is not that intuitive as well) and in the thread links show up for the pictures. That is irritating for me (I upload lots of pictures) and the user (so many clicks to see each picture)

Imo000 has 3 posts there and can see the pictures. I am not sure why you can't.


Edit: Duh see that you are not a member. Sorry (but it is free)
