Default Body Part Part Name ? Now with Picture !

My 87 S4 is in the shop (Specialty Cars in Allentown PA) for few things and while its there they are removing the bumper cover to be repainted.
The roundish 4' deep scoop that deflects air Radiator Grill ( louver ) has been pop riveted a few times by one of the POs and needs to be replaced.
The louver shaped radiator grill seems OK .... I thought it was the bottom louver ... but the shop said it is actually a different part.
My manual only shows the older fixed louver assembly/parts drawing & the Mark at the Shop couldnt find it on his computer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom
PS : Added the picture its after the response from Merlin.

are you talking about the air flaps behind the front PU cover?
Posting a picture would be a good thing

Thanks Iceman, sent you a PM. Mark Tom @ 928 Intl also have them. Have to check and see when the bumper cover will be ready.
