85 S2 Calipers -> 82 US
Calling anyone in the know ...
I have the stock 85 S2 brakes that I removed to install the 86.5 brembos.
Will the 85 S2 brakes work on the US 82 ?
Is it even worth the swap? I have all these parts and I need to do something with them.

No.
You need new spindles to mount the S brakes. Someone could fab adapters (I suppose) but spindles would be The Way To Go.
