they look like Boxter wheels to me, not that thats a bad thing, BUT
I think the Carrera Turbo Twist wheels look better either early or late style

Is there a difference in finish quality? I know my 996 Twists are quite a bit better finish than the boxter wheels that I have seen in person.

The ones in the ad are from a 996 - you can tell by the rear which are 17x9. The Boxster rears of the same spoke design are 17x8.5

Yes they will fit our cars, but for that same price you can "usually" find a set of 18" Twists. I just bought another set of 993/6 twists 18 x 7.5 and 10 for $550 shipped (though they are curb rashed a slight bit but they will be track wheels). The ones in the ad are more Cup II shaped, not that there is anything wrong with the ones in the ad.
18" tires seems to be have better availability then 17" as a side note.
