I could see a benefit for the OP creeper.
Both my father in-law and father are 89 years old. I have been called out in the wee hours to help one of them up after a fall. It is not easy to get a 250lb sack of spuds off the floor by yourself. If I had one of those I could roll him onto it and crank it up. My mother has to call the police at least once a month when my brother or I are not available.
