The only problem I see is that I could be caught sleeping when I'm supposed to be working. There's no chance of that when the car is on jack stands and I'm on the creeper laying down Great job BTW.

Me too Herman. I just busted my L3 vertebra and really need one of those to finish a project. Any plans to build them?

Scott.

Best thing I ever did for working on the car while on a max jack specially the light option mounted to the seat.

I got a HF transmission jack and creeper and modified them I think there may be several pictures on RL and than added the LED lights.

I can check my old files if I have more pictures and info let me know!

Best H

The picture shows the transmission jack so while you sit in the chair it is easy to adjusted the required height up or down.

The small wheel extensions in the back are part of the creeper used to make the seat and prevent the seat from tilting when you lean back in the chair.

Led light(2) with flexible arms where bought at Lowe's.

I still need to add tool boxes and cup holders!

Jeez - Please change your picture. I love it - WTF is that. It's more disturbing than this years election cycle.

I'm not dead yet! I'm feeling much better!

Yes, I fell. Since you've asked I have a preamble; I'm a hang glider pilot, I'm certified for commercial deep air and mixed gas (closed and open circuit) diving, US Ski Team Men's Downhill skier, ex-astronaut and mountain climber. I race Porsche 928s and soon plan to race my 944S2. I do a whole bunch of stupid things that should hurt me.

I fell while I was talking to my Mom on the phone.

It's embarrassing. It doesn't even make a good story. What's a person to do?

Simply point out the moral of the story: Never talk on the phone while hang gliding in the eye of a hurricane. It's not that embarrassing if you don't leave out that small detail.
