No. I can almost guarantee it won't run right before changing these things. Seems you also have a relay issue in the HVAC head unit (common) based on the wired up "solution".

If you mess with it now you will waste time and perhaps convince yourself to leave some stuff alone. Don't - all these old actuators will fail (or have failed). When you get it all back together fixing these will be a major major PITA - do it all now! Buy this stuff and work at it....

The head unit fixes can come later - it just bolts in - most other AC/etc fixes are pretty much in plain sight. However it would be worth testing the sensor loop to be in spec before you button up the console.

And yes focus more on getting the fuelling fixed - you will feel better about eveything else when the engine runs. You have to figure out the logical order to do things and also what components are harder to get hold of, or are much more diffficult to work on later.
