PSD cylinder "bellows" ???

found this in my new parts bin. not sure how i ended up with it.....

Speaking of PSDs, whatever happened to the guy who send his slave piston in to get new O-rings for it? Been quite a while now since he posted, wonder if the O-ring place had the right kind?
