I've grown to like the eibach/koni setup in my 89. It was intiially too hard, but adjusting the koni's to 1/4 hard (i.e. 25% of the range away from full soft) has made them really nice.

The bilsteins on my 87 I don't have enough miles on yet.. need to get AC on my 87 so I can go for long drives

Initially my Eibach/Bilstein set up was harsh but after 5000 miles settled down to be very comfortable and the handling is awesome especially at 000+ speeds.

Having them on the old very brown 1980 for many years I have always like the feel and the handling. And I tend to drive corners pretty hard Yes a firmer ride but at my age firmer is better......

To each their own, but I never did like progressive springs.

Because you can never set a damper to them correctly...twitch, bounce..
