Sometimes, but not this time. Who advertises a sale on auto parts and doesn't mention what the savings are?
I'm more likely to make a buying decision now if I don't have to do my own research to see what I'd be saving.
If it's a 10% savings, I might decide to wait until I'm actually gonna do the job before ordering the parts.
On the other hand if it's a 30% savings, I'll probably order the parts now, even though I won't be getting to the job for months.
Then again, maybe I'm just lazy.

OK Charley, just for you. This is all in the public domain, so I think this is fair game. I have no idea what Roger's regular pricing is, I think I'd just be grateful that he's willing to put together a Black Friday sale, and that Mark kicks off the December sale on Black Friday. And if I were buying a T-shirt, it would be one modeled by Jeannie.

If one was to install new dist & rotor caps, spark plugs, air filter, air smog filter and oil filter on a 85+ car, savings would be $ 161.00. That's approx a 40% savings over Sonnen Porsche. Thank you Roger.

Come to think of it, I guess that advertised sale prices often include a posted regular price so people can calculate how much they're saving. But I just thought it was funny that Roger would post a sale sheet and people would question whether it was actually a 'sale'. That's all. 
Charley, when these kids no longer require constant guard duty, I'm setting up a mobile 928 mechanic service. Pricing will include a house call from Greg Brown to fix everything I mess up.
