Going with a scissor jack set up, will work better with my sons car, which has almost zero ground clearance. Wish I had the room for a regular 2 post lift.

In general, how did you like it for working on the usual 928 mtc stuff. Ive been thinking about one for a while. I have the "lift bars" which are great, but when i use them i have to pull my car in to the dual garage for the space needed for the jack handle.

no issues driving on and off them with the 928 all the time?

Tony,

It is really nice for doing most everything on the 928. Having the two center bridges makes it easier to get if up off the tires. I had the lift bars too, sold them once I got this. Only reason going to the scissor lift set up is my son's 240sx is lowered sooo much, makes it real tough to get on lift and then when on it, tough to get it up off the tires. It is rated for either 6000 or 7000 lbs too.

Dang, I really wish I could pull this off.

So you can lift all 4 wheels up, once you have it the lift?

Jim,
Yup, its not the easiest, but having the two center bridges makes it easier. Jack it up and put jack stands under the cars jack points.
