Yes Steve that was me that bought the Roseville car. Overall it appears to have been well taken care of.
There was coolant in the 2 cylinder spark plug well and lots of coolant in the crankcase. Otherwise seems to be mechanically sound. It also had the full serice history from day one including the original window sticker. Steering rack had also been recently replaced as well. The passenger outer CV boot is split all the way around. So that will be my next job after I get the engine back in. Glad I have an understanding wife so far.
Adam, Glad to see there's other 928 owners up here. I may be looking for advice when I get to the TB
and water pump. Going to run the PK tensioner. Looks as though someone has done the TB already as the vibration damper has been put on backwards. Not sure how they timed it. But appears to be right.
