Default Update - Now on eBay: Complete S4 Brake & Suspension Conversion Kit

OK you cheap-asses... this set is now on eBay with no reserve. You can't possibly pass it up this time. The front calipers alone are worth more than the starting bid. Here's the posting:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/190750896196...84.m1555.l2649

Pre-eBay sale for my Rennlist brethren. I have a complete S4 brake and suspension set-up off a 1986.5 that would be perfect for one of you ’78-’86 guys who wants bigger brakes the easy way. EVERYTHINGS included making this is a direct bolt on for all years: calipers, spindles, hubs, bearings, upper and lower control arms, ball joints, rotors, pads, front struts, . Even the brake pads are still in the calipers. You could literally have full S4 brakes and suspension a few hours after this shows up on your doorstep. Everything pictured is included. The calipers need nothing, just bolt them up and go. The front rotors are 1.120” thickness and the oxidation will wear off the first time you apply the brakes, or swap on new rotors. The only thing I would do is swap on some new upper ball joint boots while everything is apart. $800 includes shipping in the continental US. Payment by PayPal. PM if interested.

Guys, just a reminder on how this works... It's first come first serve. Sending me a PM that says you might be interested unfortunately doesn't hold your place in line. The first Rennlister to say 'I'll take it' gets it. That's the only way to be fair. The only other rule I have is that id ask that you be prompt in processing payment otherwise it goes to the next guy. Oh, and the brakes are still available so...

Kccampro is a great guy, seller.

This setup is certainly choice, esp. for the guys with the 78-79's where swapping spindles is req'd to use the caliper adapter bracket.

I've sold at least two sets of these over the years for over $1K.

I thought it was the other way around, the early spindels are needed for the caliper adapters to work.

You are right, I am wrong. I can't keep all these details straight. Thanks for the clarification.

Its a job. Am in the middle of it now.
Problem you will have will be retaining antilock.
Same as me.

If the upper a-arm ball joints are good, then its a fantastic deal.
