Default Tire ? again, sorry. '87 S4

Well I've searched high and low. Found a thread from back in June mentioning a Fuzion tire available in the stock sizes, but that now seems to be gone too.

I'm running D90 wheels and I would really like to stay with a stock sized tire, but I fear we're about done.

Anyone know of a source for the front and backs? Don't have to stay matched, I think that's asking for too much these days.

Thanks.

You can always put 225/50/16 on the 8" wheel.

Tirerack let's you see the manufacturers specs. Most 225 tires are spec'd to work on an 8" rim.

Did a search there. Only track tires in both 225 and 245 widths. 63 choices in 225 alone.

Tire Rack is listing Bridgestone RE11's in both 225/50-16 and 245/45-16 sizes, looks like a new listing and not showing up if you search by make/model for matching sets.

Linky: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....RE11&tab=Sizes

I don't have any experience with the RE11's but they should be very nice tires. (They better be, for the price!!).

You are corrrrrect! And there's a matching 225/50/16. Both are listed as "in stock."
